What is the source of the cells that are used for bioprinting organs, and how can that be adapted to an operating room setting?

Most commonly used cell types include stem cells (i.e. iPSC, MSC), dermal fibroblast cell lines, HeLa cells, and 3D cultured tissue biopsies (these spheroids would be mixed with bioinks to be printed). These sources would be animal or human and can be acquired through tissue/cell banks or major cell culture reagent suppliers.
