ROKIT Healthcare (KOSDAQ 376900), a specialist in AI-driven hyper-personalized organ regeneration platforms, announced that its subsidiary, ROKIT America, has signed a strategic sales Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pharmacity, the largest pharmacy chain in Vietnam. This agreement establishes a key foothold for the company in the Southeast Asian healthcare market.

The partnership goes beyond a simple supply agreement, forming a long-term strategic alliance to provide products incorporating ROKIT Healthcare’s advanced biotechnology through Vietnam’s leading distribution channel. ROKIT America plans to execute aggressive marketing and sales initiatives utilizing Pharmacity’s extensive nationwide network.

In collaboration with its local partner, Rejuvecore Vietnam, ROKIT America will initially supply NMN, followed by a sequential expansion of its portfolio to include functional bio-skincare lines utilizing skin regeneration technology. The company aims to maximize revenue through a cross-selling strategy that bridges "ingestible healthcare" and "topical beauty."

Vietnam is a high-growth market characterized by a young demographic and rapidly increasing demand for wellness products. The collaboration with Pharmacity, one of the most trusted brands in the country, is expected to be instrumental in enhancing ROKIT’s brand recognition and establishing an early market presence.

A representative from Pharmacity stated, “We are driving distribution expansion across our approximately 1,000 stores nationwide. We anticipate a significant long-term contribution to revenue by focusing on our core target demographics: women in their 30s and 40s, as well as seniors in their 50s and 60s.”

An official from ROKIT America remarked, “This strategic alliance is significant as it establishes a sustainable sales revenue model with Pharmacity, a company that holds a dominant position in the Vietnamese distribution market. Leveraging ROKIT’s unique biotechnological capabilities, we intend to solidify our position in the global health and beauty markets beyond Vietnam.”
