ROKIT Healthcare (KOSDAQ 376900), a specialist in AI-driven hyper-personalized organ regeneration platforms, announced that it will officially launch two advanced reverse-aging substances in February. These substances encompass mechanisms for improving Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and extending lifespan. The products are scheduled to be supplied sequentially through ROKIT Healthcare’s global distribution network spanning 48 countries.

Building on its previous experience in commercializing NMN-based cell activation substances, ROKIT Healthcare has unveiled ‘Cell-Neuron,’ a next-generation pipeline targeting both diabetes and MCI, alongside a new reverse-aging formula focused on the restoration of the telomere microenvironment. The company has completed the patent applications for the core mechanisms and will introduce the products to the global market within February.

ROKIT Healthcare focused on the ‘Type 3 Diabetes’ hypothesis, which suggests that Alzheimer’s disease is closely linked to insulin resistance in the brain. Noting that the risk of developing dementia is approximately twice as high for diabetic patients compared to the general population, the company plans to simultaneously target the global diabetes and dementia markets, valued at approximately 170 trillion KRW.

To facilitate its entry into the U.S. market, the company has entered into a global preclinical joint research agreement for ‘Cell-Neuron’ with global partners and the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) School of Medicine. This research, which will continue through 2026, aims to verify key biological mechanisms, including: ▲ Regulation of blood glucose metabolism ▲ NGF-TRKA signal activation ▲ Reduction of neuroinflammation and oxidative stress

Based on these results, the company intends to accelerate its mid-to-long-term roadmap, including the publication of SCI-level papers and global Licensing Out (L/O) deals.

ROKIT Healthcare’s new telomere strategy departs from conventional artificial length-extension methods, focusing instead on restoring the microenvironment surrounding the telomeres. This approach is rooted in the concept of ‘Slow Aging,’ which aims to gently regulate the rate of aging.

The product, set for a February launch in the U.S., operates on three core principles: ▲ Improvement of the surrounding microvascular environment ▲ Recovery of the Extracellular Matrix (ECM) support structure ▲ Resetting the inflammatory microenvironment

A key feature of this AI-driven hyper-personalized design is its ability to slow the natural shortening of telomeres and maintain stem cell function while minimizing the risk of cancer by avoiding artificial genetic manipulation.
