ROKIT Healthcare (KOSDAQ 376900, CEO You Seok-hwan), an AI hyper-personalized organ regeneration platform company, is facing a turning point in its entry into China. Starting with a technology presentation invited by the Chinese government on November 20, the company will kick off the export of medical devices and regeneration kits in December and promote its first skin regeneration procedure at Boao Super Hospital in January next year.

ROKIT Healthcare will participate in the '2nd International Innovative Drugs and Medical Devices Exhibition' to be held in Boao Lecheng, Hainan on November 20, upon the invitation of the Chinese government. At the event, the company plans to officially announce its AI hyper-personalized skin regeneration platform and commercialization strategy in China. The exhibition is a government-led innovative medical event held in the Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone.

The first export is scheduled for December. Based on a distribution contract with Guorun International Medical, a Chinese medical enterprise, the company will proceed with the export of Dr. INVIVO equipment and skin regeneration kits in December as planned.

Immediately following the export, in January next year, the first AI diabetic foot skin regeneration procedure is scheduled to be performed at Boao Super Hospital. Boao Super Hospital is a core hospital in the Lecheng Medical Special Zone that supports the local clinical application of advanced overseas medical technologies. ROKIT Healthcare plans to apply its AI-based patient-customized 3D bioprinting technology to treat actual patients here.

ROKIT Healthcare's strategy is to secure local procedural data and clinical evidence using Hainan Lecheng's 'Xianxing Xianshi' (Early and Pilot Implementation) system and Real-World Data (RWD) utilization policies, and then expand into the mainland China regenerative medicine market following approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).

An official from ROKIT Healthcare stated, "The presentation in November, exports in December, and procedures in January of next year mark a turning point that goes beyond the distribution contract stage, leading to actual treatment and exports." The official added, "We will accelerate the commercialization of AI regenerative medicine by targeting the demand for diabetic foot and chronic wound treatments in the Chinese market, which has the world's largest diabetic patient population."
