AI health analysis engine requiring no additional testing, adopting a B2B2C supply strategy to drive domestic and global revenue generation
Initiating a global quantum jump roadmap including US MAHA integration, out-licensing in Saudi Arabia, and CLIA certification by 2027

ROKIT Healthcare (KOSDAQ: 376900, CEO Seokhwan You), an AI hyper-personalized organ regeneration platform company, will officially launch 'AI-Totalis 35' next week, its first AI engine that embodies the core vision of 'Predict, Prevent, Regenerate' for extending healthy human lifespans.
The future ROKIT Healthcare presents is clear. It is a massive paradigm shift in healthcare—moving beyond the era of treating diseases after they occur, to observing health conditions in advance (Predict), preemptively preventing them (Prevent), and ultimately leading to human body regeneration (Regenerate). 'AI-Totalis 35' is the core platform that initiates this grand journey.
This launch is expected to be more than a simple service release; it will become an analytical asset that assists individuals in making health management decisions based on the vast amount of check-up data generated every year.
The competitive edge of 'AI-Totalis 35' lies in the fact that it requires no additional blood tests or the introduction of expensive equipment. The AI engine, trained on data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, analyzes the need for management across 35 health categories using existing health check-up results and lifestyle questionnaires. This service serves as reference material for health management and is not intended to replace diagnoses or prescriptions by medical professionals.
With just mobile web consent and a simple questionnaire, users are intuitively provided with a vertical AI video report that includes: ▲My Health Age, ▲Health Ranking compared to peers, ▲Management necessity for 35 specific health categories, ▲AI priority management guide, and ▲Personalized action plans. The key is that it does not stop at simple analysis but connects directly to preventive health management that can be practiced immediately in daily life.
'ROKIT Inside' Strategy... B2B2C Engine Supply
ROKIT Healthcare's winning strategy lies in its B2B2C engine supply, rather than B2C. In the domestic market, the company adopts the 'ROKIT Inside' approach, supplying the entire 'AI-Totalis 35' engine to nationwide health check-up centers, general hospitals, corporate EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs), and major healthcare platforms that lack their own analysis technology.
For check-up centers, adding the premium 'AI Health Analysis Service' to existing check-up products can generate immediate added value, which is expected to secure a stable recurring revenue base worth billions of KRW annually in Korea alone. Overseas, the service is estimated to generate approximately $50 per case.
Beyond Korea to the Global Market... 4-Stage Roadmap
Upon launch, ROKIT Healthcare unveiled a four-stage business development (BD) roadmap.
Phase 1 begins monetization by mounting the premium product on domestic healthcare platforms, corporate wellness programs, and check-up centers. Phase 2 involves Middle East out-licensing, scaling up negotiations to license out the engine to a major healthcare group in Saudi Arabia.
Phase 3 focuses on securing policy momentum in the US by submitting the 'AI Kidney' model—co-developed with partners—to the 'MAHA Elevate' program and pushing for inclusion in the US public health value chain. Phase 4 aims to establish global standards, pushing for US CLIA certification for clinical laboratories and reviewing local regulatory requirements to expand globally in 2027.
Ultimately, the plan is to build a complete ecosystem for extending human lifespans by connecting the data analyzed and utilized for prevention by AI with the company's regenerative medicine solutions.
A representative from ROKIT Healthcare stated, "AI-Totalis 35 is the first result of translating vast amounts of check-up data into a language that protects public health. Our vision does not stop at prediction. Predicting to prevent, and preventing to advance to regeneration—that is the future of healthcare envisioned by ROKIT Healthcare. Starting with next week's launch, we will flawlessly achieve full-scale monetization next year and a global leap forward in 2027."
ROKIT Healthcare is currently in discussions with leading channels and plans to expand its revenue in 2026 as soon as the verification of key metrics is completed.
