On the 13th, ROKIT Healthcare announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at its Seoul headquarters with Master Investment Group (MIG), a prominent investment firm linked to the UAE royal family. The agreement outlines plans for direct equity investment and the establishment of a joint venture (JV) in the UAE.

This partnership is being recognized as a pivotal momentum-shifter for the global regenerative medicine market. Notably, despite recent geopolitical instability in the Middle East, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, CEO of MIG and a member of the Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) royal family, personally visited ROKIT Healthcare’s headquarters. During his visit, Prince Abdullah directly verified ROKIT’s proprietary AI-driven organ regeneration and reverse aging technologies, expressing a strong commitment to the shared business vision.

Establishing ‘ROKIT MENA’: A $20 Million Synergy of Tech and Capital

Based on this MOU, both parties have agreed to execute a definitive investment agreement in the near future and commence procedures for local manufacturing and JV establishment. For the proposed joint venture, tentatively named “ROKIT MENA,” MIG will invest approximately $20 million (30 billion KRW) in capital, while ROKIT Healthcare will provide its core AI-driven organ regeneration platform as an in-kind technology contribution.

MIG is a leading anchor investor known for driving national strategic industries and infrastructure projects, having previously invested in global deep-tech firms such as Nauticus Robotics. MIG’s selection of ROKIT Healthcare suggests that the firm views AI regenerative medicine as a critical driver for the UAE’s goals of medical self-sufficiency and becoming a premier medical tourism hub.

Expanding Beyond the Middle East to Europe: A High-Value Medical Business Model

The new joint venture will use the UAE as a strategic base to pioneer AI-driven organ regeneration clinics and local production hubs. Following this, the partnership intends to expand its medical network across the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries, including Saudi Arabia, and eventually into the European market.

This business model is drawing significant attention for its potential to generate high-value recurring revenue by integrating an “AI platform, medical services, and precision diagnostics.” By securing access to the GCC market—which holds an estimated 15 million potential patients—ROKIT Healthcare is poised to complete a "global triangle" of direct sales channels spanning the U.S., China, and the Middle East/Europe.
