ROKIT Healthcare (KOSDAQ 376900), a specialist in AI-driven hyper-personalized organ regeneration platforms, has signaled the beginning of full-scale global expansion. In its first year of technical listing, the company achieved a 100% year-on-year revenue increase and turned an operating profit. According to the performance data disclosed on the 11th, the company recorded consolidated annual revenue of KRW 26.2 billion last year. This growth was bolstered by the robust performance of all business segments, without being biased toward any specific sector.

The quarterly growth trend is even more pronounced. Fourth-quarter revenue reached KRW 9.58 billion, a 161% surge compared to the same period last year. This figure exceeded market expectations, suggesting that the market competitiveness of the company’s core organ regeneration pipelines has reached its stride.

Annual operating profit also successfully turned around, reaching KRW 600 million in 2025 after an operating loss of KRW 5.5 billion in 2024. In particular, the fourth-quarter operating profit stood at KRW 750 million, establishing a structural growth and virtuous cycle where profit scale increases with each passing quarter.

However, the annual net income recorded a loss. Regarding this, the company explained, "This is an accounting figure reflecting valuation losses on items such as convertible bonds. It is merely an accounting valuation loss and involves no actual cash outflow." The company added, "Once the conversion of convertible bonds is completed, the financial structure will become even more robust along with capital expansion."

An official from ROKIT Healthcare stated, "If 2025 was the inaugural year for establishing external growth, a turnaround to profit, and global fundamentals in the sectors of cartilage regeneration, kidney regeneration, and anti-aging, then this year will be one of accelerating growth based on those foundations."
